There is a bus station just 50 m from the Kotoni, while the Gjirokastër Obelisk and Mosque are within easy walking distance. The famous Gjirokastër Fortress and the Ethnographic Museum are 200 m away. The old Bazaar is at a distance of 300 m from the Kotoni B&B.
